At Fleur Fauna, we see every day just how deep that bond runs - and have experienced it ourselves.
Whether it’s the dog who patiently waited for your crusts, the cat curled up beside you for years, or the little companion who quietly became part of your family story - they matter. And when the time comes to say goodbye, we believe that experience should feel personal, compassionate, individual and full of care.
That’s why we created Fleur Fauna as a truly individual pet cremation service for families across Carmarthenshire, South Wales and beyond. We are devoted to our animals, just like you, and this means so much to us.
We are a small, family run pet crematorium and only offer individual pet cremation. We do things our own way here and we feel so blessed to be able to do that.
From the very first phone call or WhatsApp message, we walk alongside you in whatever way feels right for you.
Some families want regular updates and gentle communication throughout. Others prefer quiet reassurance and space. We understand both, and we tailor everything to your wishes.
One thing we never compromise on is care.
We only offer individual pet cremation. Your beloved pet is cared for individually and respectfully at every stage, always with dignity and compassion. For many families, that peace of mind means everything.
We also know how important it is to have your pet back home quickly. That’s why they are ready to come home in 24–48 hours at no extra cost - home is where they belong. However if you’d like us to keep your pet’s ashes safe until you’re ready, all you have to do is ask.
Families often tell us how much they appreciate not having to worry about transport during such an emotional time. We can gently collect your pet from your home or directly from your vet, and we’ll bring them safely back home to you afterwards. You are also always welcome to come to us personally if that feels more comforting.
We offer free transport within the first 15 miles, and unlike the norm, we never charge extra for evenings or weekends. Grief doesn’t keep office hours, and neither do we. We are here all day, every day.
It’s often the small details that mean the most.
A favourite piece of music playing softly. A familiar blanket. A final request handled with tenderness. A wooden casket engraved with your pet’s name.
These moments matter deeply to us.
We include a selection of beautiful caskets within the cost of our pet cremation service, and we offer complimentary wood engraving if you would like your pet’s name added. Every family is different, and every goodbye should reflect that.
At Fleur Fauna, we genuinely believe this is about far more than pet cremation. It’s about helping people through one of the hardest days they may face.
